Your garbage cans have a design flaw: when the wind, raccoons, or lazy garbage collectors knock the lid off my trash can it often fills with rainwater.
This creates an ugly, stinky mess I have to clean up. Yuk!
How about you cut holes in the base so the water just drains out after a thunderstorm. Easy!
